In addition, I am pleased to inform you that we will soon circulate the official invitation to our annual in-person joint meeting of FIG Commission 9 this time together with Commissions 3 and 7, to be held in Ragusa, Sicily, Italy, 13–16 October 2026. As in previous years — when we met in Pafos, Cyprus — we will once again come together in person, this time in Sicily. Please make sure to save these dates in your calendar already now. Detailed information regarding the programme, venue, and registration will follow shortly.
